SafirAvia puts together Umrah packages for Pakistani families travelling from Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi, and for overseas Pakistanis joining a group from home. A package means your Nusuk-registered hotel in Makkah and Madinah, your Umrah visa processed through a licensed Pakistani operator, and your return flights are booked as one trip, instead of you chasing three separate bookings. Indicative pricing for September 2026 runs from about PKR 176,000 per person for a 7-day economy trip with flights, up to PKR 489,000 and above for 15-day, 5-star stays close to the Haram.

What we do promise is that every price we quote you is checked against the current market before it reaches your WhatsApp, and every visa document requirement is confirmed with the licensed Umrah operator we route your Nusuk Masar application through.

How an Umrah package works

Every SafirAvia Umrah package has four parts, priced together or separately depending on what you already have:

• Hotel in Makkah and Madinah — booked on Nusuk Masar, the system Saudi Arabia requires for every Pakistani pilgrim since June 2025. No hotel booking, no visa.
• Umrah visa — issued only through a Pakistani licensed Umrah operator; Pakistani passport holders cannot apply directly on Nusuk the way UK or US travellers now can.
• Return flights — usually Islamabad, Lahore or Karachi to Jeddah or Madinah, on Saudia, PIA, Airblue, AirSial or Fly Jinnah.
• Ground transfers — airport to hotel, and Makkah to Madinah by road or the Haramain high-speed rail where the package includes it.

Why hotel distance to the Haram matters

The single biggest driver of package price is not the flight — it is how close your hotel sits to the Grand Mosque in Makkah. A hotel within 300 metres lets an elderly parent walk to Fajr prayer and back without a long queue for a shuttle bus. A hotel 1-1.5km out is noticeably cheaper but means budgeting 20-30 minutes each way, more if the shuttle is busy during peak hours. If your group includes anyone with limited mobility, we recommend paying for proximity over paying for extra nights.

Group departures vs private packages

Group departures leave on fixed weekly or fortnightly dates, share flights and a coach transfer with other pilgrims, and cost less per person. Private packages let you choose your own travel dates and hotel, useful for a family Umrah timed around a birth, a wedding, or school holidays, but usually cost 10-20% more because flights and rooms are booked individually rather than in a block.

How booking works, step by step

• 1. WhatsApp us on 0300 0399322 with your city, travel month, and number of pilgrims.
• 2. Documents — passport (6+ months validity, 2 blank pages), CNIC or B-Form copies, two white-background photos, meningitis (ACWY) vaccination certificate.
• 3. Nusuk hotel + visa — we route your booking through a licensed Pakistani Umrah operator; Saudi Arabia will not issue the visa without a confirmed Nusuk hotel reservation.
• 4. Tickets — once the visa is confirmed, we issue your return flights.
• 5. Departure — we share your full itinerary, hotel vouchers and flight PNR at least a week before you travel.
