Islamabad (ISB) to Madinah (MED) is served nonstop by PIA. Scheduled flying time is about 5h 30m. SafirAvia issues tickets on all of them on our own IATA accreditation, so you pay the fare, not a middleman's markup on top.
If timings or price matter more than a nonstop, one-stop options via Jeddah (domestic/road transfer), Dubai, Abu Dhabi on Saudia, Emirates, Etihad Airways, flydubai are often cheaper outside peak weeks. We quote both side by side.
Fares move most in Ramadan, Hajj (Dhul Hijjah), December, Summer holidays. 4-8 weeks ahead; 10-12 weeks for Ramadan (Madinah is a major Ramadan I'tikaf/visit destination)

Booking tips for Islamabad → Madinah
- PIA is currently the only carrier flying nonstop from Islamabad to Madinah; weekly frequency reports vary (1 to 3 flights a week across different trackers), so confirm the live schedule before booking.
- Many Umrah pilgrims fly into Madinah first (to visit the Prophet's Mosque before Makkah) and fly out via Jeddah, or vice versa - a 'fly into one city, out of the other' open-jaw itinerary is common and often no more expensive.
- Madinah's Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz Airport is smaller than Jeddah's - allow extra time for immigration during Ramadan and Hajj when it gets busy.
- If a direct Islamabad-Madinah nonstop seat isn't available, flying into Jeddah nonstop (much more frequent) and taking the Haramain high-speed rail or road transfer to Madinah is a common alternative.
